I’m awake to darn early. Grrrrrr.

I went to bed to late because I wasn’t able to do laundry early enough. I just looooooooooove sharing washers and dryers with a bunch of other people.

However, one really odd thing did happen because I was up late. I mentioned I started up my yahoo personals thing again. Someone I dated back in january contacted me again. We only went on one date, then he decided to get back together with his girlfriend who is the mother of his child. Six months later things haven’t gone so well for him. I’m not sure if he ran into me accidentally or on purpose, but it was nice talkin to him again. Even though he was only in my life for one week he had made an impact with some very good advice he gave me.

I had someone else ask me if 42 was too old to date. I don’t think so. Yahoo makes you choose a set ages to say you’ll date, but it’s more about compatibility. Not only humor and conversation, but lifestyles. I make it very clear in my profile that I’m mormon and they have to be okay with that. I’m still surprised at the inquiry I’m getting. I chuckle, however, over how they may act when they push sex and find me not budging. Cynical? Me?!! Heh.

So, now I’m awake and my weekend is about to begin. Heaven help me make it through. And pray I have no accidents while driving.
