There is some sadness in our house today. Erica came home from school to find that our brown bunny had died. She hadn’t been feeling good the last couple of days, but nothing to really make me worry, until yesturday. I noticed that she hadn’t eaten any food yesturday morning, but she had been drinking lots of water. I figured if she continued to not eat today, I’d take her in to the vet. E found her as soon as she came home from school. She came into the livingroom in tears. I felt awful. What a thing to find as you come home from school. The body was still warm so I know it hadn’t been very long.

So now we have only one bunny left. The origional bunny we started out with last year. I’m very proud of E though, she dealt with it pretty well all things considered. She’ll need that if she’s serious about becoming a Vet.
