Friday night at 10:30 I get a call. I notice it’s from BG and I’m thinking that he’s calling to talk about the email I sent him. So I answer. His call was to let me know he was going to be down saturday morning. To say the least, I was surprised.

So saturday morning, he shows up. He had stopped by Costco and bought me a bunch of groceries and a huge number of diapers and wipes. I doubt I’ll need to buy diapers for the first two months. Which is great by me. Then he comes and helps me and E with the roadshow practice. Then he takes me babystuff shopping, then is with us that night for the roadshow to help out. We had a great day actually. Despite that my body nearly gave out from being on my feet for 12 hours, I was extremely sore by the end of the day. But we accomplished so much.

We both were extremely tired by the end of the day and we didn’t get a chance to really talk about things but I think he got my point from my email. He didn’t really say he was sorry verbally but I think his actions showed he was. He was very considerate, kind, helpful, all the things I like about him. But, that doesn’t mean all is forgiven. I’m still not considering him marriage material, but at least he reassured me that helping to take care of the baby he does want to be part of. He says he feels a lot of turmoil. And I don’t blame him, I’m not exactly calm all the time either in this situation. But we do have to deal with this and it can’t be ignored.

A also had an excellent time on his fieldtrip to Ashland. He said they saw one comedy and one sad drama. He also learned how to play poker. He lost two bucks in his first game, but made six bucks in the second game. I’m not real happy that he learned how to gamble. But he did have fun, and I guess overall that is what counts.

Today, I get to rest my swollen body. I dont’ have daycare kids and I get to rest. I’m tired of laying down though. And until this baby is born, I have to do a lot of it. (Bleah)
