Happy Birthday
Hello my dear readers. This has been my first post in two and a half weeks because on Mother’s Day I gave birth to my son. And I have spent the last couple of weeks getting adjusted to the new gift in my life.
The birth story is pretty funny, but I’ll have to go into it on another day as I’m still too tired for an extended entry. However, today is several people’s birthday and I wanted to wish my sister and Blondguy’s father a very happy birthday today. I also want to send off a big congratulations to Greyduck’s sister who had her daughter last friday. I have two other aquaintences who have family members who are due to give birth in the next week, so it’s been a busy month for babies. *grin*

There is at least one baby due every month until John’s boat comes home from deployment. One of the other wives from John’s division is due in June.
This is a good year for new babies.

I have 4 co-workers who either recently had babies, or are due within a couple months. This year has definitely had the bumper baby crop! Congrats on your new bundle of love - they’re so much fun when they’re small.
