Possibly losing this blog
With Greyduck losing his job the server that hosts this blog will no longer be available. I have no idea what it means as far as this blog is concerned. I may just start up a new one if I can’t find a way to keep this one. I like this one, darn it. And there is alot of stuff on here I want to keep.

For what it’s worth: I’m doing what I can to line up new hosting, and to get at the files (most importantly database backups) that made up the six (!!) sites I set up on the machine in question. They’re not going to shut down the machine entirely just yet, as it’s used for very serious, high-profile company stuff as well. And without the know-how, they can’t just pillage the hard drive… so the question is, how long will they hold off on hiring someone with know-how?
So, I’m going to move as fast as I can on acquiring backups and getting us moved elsewhere. (Yay, another expense. *sigh*)
