Iranian law requires religious arm bands

Just when you think the world is getting better, some lunatic comes along and promotes this:

“Mr. Ahmadinejad has repeatedly described the Holocaust as a myth and earlier this year announced Iran would host a conference to re-examine the history of the Nazis’ ‘Final Solution.’

The President of Iran believes the Holocaust didn’t happen, yet seems to be such a studious student of the subject that they have now passed a law that requires all non Islamics to wear religious arm bands. Jews will wear their yellow, Christians red and Zoroastrians will wear blue.

What bugs me is that I had to learn about this from a friend who lives outside the United States. We have a country taking Nazi-ish steps within their own country and our news isn’t saying a word.

I’m equally surprised that so many Americans are not aware that their news is controlled and they are only seeing what the government allows them to see. Media in America is not what it use to be, where it worked as a balance of government power. When you can buy the White House, you can buy the news. Wake up America.

I know. Our news is terrible about reporting real news. The fluff they find to fill our days with all in the name of getting as much money as they can for commercials is ludicrous.

I am appalled that what is happening in Iran smacks of Nazi-like tactics in the early stages. There must be a unilateral international outcry of outrage and if we ignore this in the beginning, we will be no different that those that did the same in 1930’s. History DOES repeat itself and vigilence must be executed.

You mean, like when we did nothing while Saddam tried to wipe out the kurds in his country?
