Today was a great Saturday. I had lots of cuddle time with the hubby. I had to interrupt my lovely morning to get two new tires. We took the kids to the Crystal Springs Rhodie Garden near our home to feed the ducks. And even though they are ten and nine, they had a great time. Erica had a great time feeding the animals and Alex actually got the most enjoyment from the peace and the fun of playing in a brook.

The we went and bought some water guns and a slip and slide. By the time we got home to use them the sun was already going down and a cool breeze picked up, but they had fun getting cold and wet.

After buying our water toys, we went for ice cream. We laughed and made fun of each other. It was very nice. We then went food shopping for Sunday since I hate buying stuff on Sundays and made our way home.

We’ll see what happens the rest of the evening.
